12\u00ba Festival de Cultura e Gastronomia de Gramado<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Para realizar uma experi\u00eancia cultural-gastron\u00f4mica segura e de acordo com a nova realidade em que vivemos, o 12\u00ba Festival de Cultura e Gastronomia de Gramado<\/strong> se reinventa e anuncia nova data. Com o tema “Do Produtor \u00e0 Mesa”, a edi\u00e7\u00e3o acontecer\u00e1 de 1\u00ba a 12 de outubro. O novo formato preparado para este ano vai unir a agroind\u00fastria local com os restaurantes da cidade.<\/p>

Com uma proposta mais democr\u00e1tica, o Festival de Gastronomia ter\u00e1 28 restaurantes nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o. O ingrediente principal, que ser\u00e1 a grande estrela dos pratos preparados, ser\u00e1 oferecido pelos produtores locais da regi\u00e3o. Desta forma, as coloniza\u00e7\u00f5es que fazem parte da hist\u00f3ria de Gramado, que integram o agroneg\u00f3cio local, ser\u00e3o contempladas no festival.\u00a0<\/p>
